Kitchen in Silver Spring, MD

This new kitchen was designed with traditional wood materials and traditional colors. The clients wanted to bring that traditional feel in their home, using neutral colors and exposed beams made this kitchen one of our most traditional and old school kitchen builds of the year.

Kitchen in Bethesda, MD

Our client were looking to design a modern kitchen, using quarts granite imported from Italy, modern white cabinets and all custom trim. This space has now become the center of our clients home.

Bathroom in Essex, MD

A simple guest bathroom was what our clients asked for. They were on a tight budget and were not looking for anything fancy. We provided all the basic but still good quality materials and this bathroom was done for a reasonable price.

Bathroom in Columbia, MD

This master bathroom was built for being functional but still a masterpiece. A tub and stand-up shower were requested by our clients and a natural color finish.

Sunroom in Owings Mills, MD

This sunroom addition is still in progress. The clients wanted large windows surrounding the entire build, with a cathedral ceiling. This room was designed to be used as an extra living room space for our clients and their guests. Eventually a deck will be added at the back of the sunroom for even more space for our clients.

Hunt Valley, MD

Ivanovs Global was proudly asked to construct Saint George Chapel. This eastern European style church was designed by Iskra Gergieva and the murals were hand made and hand installed by a famous Bulgarian artist, Stavri Kalinov. The grand opening of this Chapel was covered by the local news media.
